Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment verification. Once processed, delivery takes an additional 15–30 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Total estimated time from payment: 20–40 business days.

Processing Explained

Processing includes verification, quality inspection and packaging. For high-value orders we may request ID or address confirmation to protect our clients and our brand.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

All parcels are shipped using trusted tracked couriers (DHL, UPS, GLS, Royal Mail or equivalent). Tracking appears 24–48 h after dispatch.

Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs duties or import VAT, payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

  • No movement > 7 days → contact support@istyle.uk.com
  • Confirmed lost → we replace or refund after carrier investigation.
  • Damaged → send photos of item + packaging immediately.

Proof of Delivery

Courier POD, signature or GPS scan serve as valid proof of delivery for any claim.

Exceptional Delays

External factors (customs, weather, strikes) may extend delivery times; we notify customers and offer refund or replacement options.
